Roll it Up!

Well, now the Moron In Chief is finally where he's been heading for years now, all by himself....

Not only has the Congress conceived a strong, common sense approach to fixing many of the BushCo blunders, they actually passed the legislation. Pissed President Bozo off of course, but then the Senate passed it too.
We're referring of course to H R 1591. The pro-military, pro peace resolution that our great speaker of the house, Nancy Pelosi drafted along with a number of courageous Democrats who want to see the evil of the Bush administration undone and righted.
Those who want our troops well equipped and well cared for...

"If you vote against this, you're voting against the new armored vehicles which we need so badly," said Rep. John Murtha, D-Pa. "If you vote against this bill, you'll be denying the troops better equipment and better protection."

Troop Killer

Our illustrious leader, Howard Dean, had this to say...

"The Democratic majority in the House and Senate stood with the American people. They passed a bill that would fund our troops and begin the process to bring them home.

President Bush's impending veto of the Iraq War supplemental bill is an insult to Congress, to the majority of Americans who voted for change in November, and to the brave men and women who risk their lives every day we remain in Iraq.

One thing is for certain: A Democratic president wouldn't veto that bill.

But that's not all that President Bush is doing. He's defending Alberto Gonzales for firing eight U.S. Attorneys, claiming he has "100 percent confidence in the Attorney General." And he's apologizing for the conditions of Walter Reed Medical Center six weeks after the conditions were exposed -- making promises to "fix the problem" that sound eerily similar to those he made to Hurricane Katrina victims.

The days of a do-nothing Congress are over, but the days of a do-nothing President are still going strong."

H R 1591 is one of the most comprehensive pieces of legislation to emerge from congress in nearly two decades. It consists of the following...

1)The withdrawal of the majority of our troops from Iraq.

2)Mega-millions to provide the best possible armour, ammo, and other essential equipment to keep them safe.

3)Provide benchmarks for the Iraqi sudo-government to meet. This was so the bastards that Bush installed there can stand up and prove themselves viable leaders. Which is certainly not the case thus far.

There is also some of the best pork we've ever tasted. :)

4)Minimum wage hike.

5)Relief for Hurricane Katrina victims in New Orleans that still have not received the help Americans paid for.

6)Money to fund food safety at farm level. Due to the recent Salmonila and E-Coli outbreaks, that's not a bad idea (unless you're stupid).

All that good Americana in one piece of legislation. No wonder Republicans are against it.
But now to the main problem...
The American people have spoken. The Democrats in Congress heard them, were elected, and they delivered. The Democrats, with the exception of the traitors, in the Senate have heard and obeyed. Now the only one standing between our troops and their supplies is George W. Bush. And don't think for one second that a deserter like Bush really has the best interests of our service people in mind. He serves himself, his PNAC masters, and Saudi Oil. Nothing else.

So, will George Bush sign the death warrant for even more of our murdered soldiers? That's what a Veto in this case will amount to. A death warrant for our bravest citizens.

The treachery Bush has already committed against this country is unlike any we've ever seen. Now he threatens to stab this nation in the heart once again.

Impeach and jail them all.
