Roll it Up!

There’s not much one can say about something like this. Some lies are so vile that even when you don’t like the person telling them, you still feel bad for them. You just shake your head and wonder what it must feel like to be so void of personal dignity…

Briefly, Hillary Clinton, in attempting to build a trumped up foreign policy resume’ unfortunately told a blatant lie about being greeted in Bosnia by “sniper fire” when in fact, she was greeted by a child bearing nothing more dangerous than a poem.

Bullets zinging past her head…Chelsea’s too.

Greeting ceremony, Tuzla military airport, Bosnia, March 25, 1996.

“I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.”
–Hillary Clinton, speech at George Washington University, March 17, 2008.

The video speaks for it’s self and MasterSitsu at Daily Kos takes it from there.

This is not the kind of positioning lie that most politicians tell. Those aren’t ok either. But this is the kind of lie that someone tells to deceive others and intentionally create an illusion.
This type of lie, from an adult not to mention a presidential candidate, is inexcusable.

I am by no means Clinton friendly, but this is so pathetic it even makes me feel sorry for her.

UPDATE:

The Caucus

Hillary Clinton said she “misspoke".
