Another Major Victory for the forces of change.
Atty. General Eric Holder has announced an end to the inhuman raids, conducted by the DEA and other federal authorities, against the will of the people and government of the affected states, against the Medical Marijuana Dispensaries often known as Co-Ops.

The malicious and basically terrorist methods employed by the Bush Regime against these dispensaries in the past have cost people a great deal of money and in some cases their lives.
Now, it seems, justice has found it’s way into the Justice Department. Installed by our President who has kept another campaign promise and has done so in meaningful fashion.

Advocates of legalizing marijuana are having a great week in California.

First, San Francisco’s Tom Ammiano initiated a bill to legalize pot use in the state, and tax it at about “a buck a joint,” one report claimed.

Today came word that newly installed U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder would stop the practice established by the Bush administration of raiding legally licensed medical marijuana dispensaries.

The Drug Enforcement Agency will now cease the raids that have continued, according to reports, even after Bush left office. Holder said Obama’s campaign promise to stop the raids is “now American policy.”

San Francisco has about two dozen such clubs, and has often been targeted by the feds. The city recently passed legislation to regulate the businesses more effectively.

“Holder’s declaration is a high point for the movement to legalize medical marijuana, which has been growing for decades despite federal hostility,” a report in the Huffington Post stated.

And this line from their story is just to good to pass up: “Patriotic potheads love to point out that cannabis was grown at Jamestown, that George Washington might have used hashish, and that Thomas Jefferson wrote a draft of the Declaration of Independence on hemp-fiber paper,”

Make no mistake. This is one of the biggest victories we have ever won and it comes very close to being the proverbial “straw” we need to end the madness that is the Drug War on the American People.

The Obama administration, thanx be to God, is directing it’s efforts at stopping the Mexican Cartels that are murdering innocent people along the border. Those pigs (cartels) are not of our culture. They murder for the money and must be wiped out completely.
Perhaps the next step will be to end the billions of dollars in drug trade profit that attracts the violent and the ruthless.

Legalize. That’s the answer.
But for now, our gov’t is making great strides to inject some justice and sanity into an out of control situation.
Put the DEA on the border, leave us the fuck alone. That’s the America we’ve been waiting for and we get closer to it every day.

Corporate Diabetes Dealer, Kellogg’s Brand Foods, treated him like a criminal. That pussy, Sheriff Lott of South Carolina, threatened Phelps and harassed his friends for political reasons.

Sheriff Lott stated “no charges", sat down and shut up.
But not to worry, we’re going to do anything we can to get him voted out of office anyway.

The Huffington Post now informs us that Kellogg’s Foods, Mike Phelps’ former sponsor, has suffered striking losses in just a very short time, as we predicted.

Dumping Michael Phelps over the now notorious photo of him taking a bong rip is not looking like the best move for Kellogg. Pot activists, who insist they make up a large share of consumers of Kellogg products, organized a boycott of the company. The boycott resonated with Kellogg customers to such a degree that when you called Kellogg, the first audio recording you heard was not about the nation-wide salmonella outbreak that had sickened dozens of people, but was a message for callers who were concerned about the company’s relationship with Phelps.

Get it through your heads, anti-pot asshats. We’re going to get what we want. The Marijuana Army is on a Blitzkrieg. Rolling over anything and anyone that gets in our way.
We’re tired of being oppressed, abused, ridiculed and victimized by the agents of ignorance in this country.

The boycott of Kellogg’s Foods will continue until we feel (or they state) that they have learned their lesson.

President Obama has put VP Biden(the nut) in personal charge of oversight concerning the way that America’s Governors handle the money their respective states receive from the stimulus, or The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Good move. Very good move.

And not only this, but the website, Recovery.gov, is up and running and is alleged to be our (that’s you and me) window to the ways the money is spent.
This is the transparency President Obama promised when campaigning. We hope it is anyway.

So now that we can play through-the-looking-glass with our money, it stands to reason why certain Republican Governors like Jindal, Sara Palin (remember her?) and other various and assorted asshats want to reject the funds. They won’t be able to steal them.
These “bridge to nowhere” types probably thought they were going to line their buddies pockets or buy gold plated plaques with the Ten Commandments on them. Nope. Not this time o’ greedy ones.
This time you have Joe Biden to watch over you. And now President Obama has given us a way to watch him watch you.

If today’s appearance on the Early Show is any indication, it looks like he’ll be a cross between a watchdog, customer service rep, and webmaster.

What’s important is that he’s in charge of ensuring that every last penny in Obama’s massive $787 billion spending package will be spent correctly. No waste.

And he’s the one doing it because “nobody messes with Joe,” Obama said last night in his address to a Joint Session of Congress.

Don’t mess with Texas, er… Delaware

What if someone does “mess with Joe?” Biden issued a warning shot to elected officials who might stash the cash instead of using it correctly.

“If governors were to take the money and put it in a rainy day fund instead of creating new jobs, we will expose that,” he said stating that he will go on TV and call them out.

Public

How can the public know that the money is allocated correctly? That’s the question CBS’s Maggie Ordonez asked.

“We’re going to put every bit of this transparently up on a website. You’re gonna know. You’ll be able to go on a website. Every single bit of this will be on a website,” he explained.

What website?

“You know, I’m embarrassed. Do you know the website number?” he asked looking offstage. “I should have it in front of me and I don’t. I’m actually embarrassed.”

He was able to get the website “number” from someone off camera.

“Recovery.gov. It’s Recovery.gov. It’s up and running,” he said with newfound confidence.

Small biz

Ordonez also asked him about the plight of a small businesswoman who had to lay some people off due to the bad economy.

The woman, identified as Lisa Hendrickson, wondered specifically what in the spending package will help small business.

He told Ordonez that Hendrickson should call his office directly and he personally “will be able to guide her on what pieces of this package will be directly helpful.”

That’s customer service.

He also demonstrated some clairvoyant skills theorizing that perhaps customers aren’t able to get to her business because a bridge over a creek somewhere is destroyed.

No problem though. The stimulus package will repair that bridge. If there is one. And it’s destroyed. And if they can find it.

The GOP

As for Republican opposition to the spending package, Biden there could be some legitimate concerns - except if you’re Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal (who, coincidentally, gave the Republican response).

He said Jindal was pursuing the course of inaction “while people are just sinking into the abyss.”

1) The ongoing effort to silence the great Randi Rhodes, queen of Liberal talk radio, has again taken her from the air and our ears.
NovaM Radio sold out to Right Wing corporate interests and as usual, Randi was the first casualty.

Israeli Terrorism:

2) Amnesty International has called for an international arms embargo against Israel in light of the terrorist attacks on the citizenry of Gaza.
We feel this effort is light years too late, but still most welcome.

Israel uses state of the art, technologically advanced weaponry (that we provide them with) against fighters with rusty rifles and bottle rockets.
It would be interesting to see just how confident the IDF would be if equal weapons were mandated.

We fully support the proposed embargo, what little it may do, and we are glad to see that Rep. Brian Baird- D Washington State, is taking the matter to congress.
We, as a country, have supplied terrorists with arms for far too long now. It’s time to end our hypocrisy. We cannot lead in an effort for peace while we arm those who reject it.

President Obama:

3) Doing better than expected. Obama’s national confidence rating is higher now than both Bush and Clinton in the early stages of office.
President Obama enjoys support from nearly ninety percent of Democrats and around 45% of those who identify as Republicans.

We would like to see that Republican support erode a little to bring more Greens and Independents on board.
The efforts to improve the national economic situation, the move toward nationalizing rogue banking institutions, closing the embarrassment called “Gitmo", and reaching out to the impoverished people of the world have shown Obama in a bright, anti-Bush light.
A good start that will hopefully get better.

NY Post:

4) Rupert Murdoch his self has offered a hollow, meaningless apology for the Sean Delonas cartoon that appeared in his tabloid rag, the NY Post, that depicted a monkey that had been shot dead as being President Obama.

Rupert Murdoch is a Corporate Fascist who’s mother was Jewish. He owns such Trash Media as the NY Post, The Sun, Sky News and the traitorous FOX News.

Rupert, save the apology and go immediately and hang yourself. You have far worse to be apologizing for such as aiding and abetting the treason and murders of the Bush Regime.

Marijuana Legalization:

5) California, long a leader in the liberation of Cannabis as medicine has now taken the lead in the fight to fully legalize and regulate Marijuana in the state.
Assemblyman Tom Ammiano of San Francisco has offered up a Bill that would legalize the recreational use of Marijuana throughout the state.

We obviously support this measure wholeheartedly.

Smart people can easily recognize that fact that with California in dire financial straights, and Marijuana being it’s #1 cash crop, that this is the only practical, intelligent way to handle the issue.
And on that note, Marijuana is also the second largest cash crop in the state of Tennessee.

Trouble is, our politicians are idiots and cowards when it comes to this issue. Hopefully that will change by the hand of smarter voters one day soon.

Also….
New Jersey has now made their move toward Medical use in their state as well, as the trend of intellect continues to slowly make it’s way East.

Get on the bus, America. Marijuana is here and there’s nothing the anti-Pot vermin can do to stop it.

I’m glad he shot straight with us. … (But) I just want the American people to know that he’s confident that we are gonna get out of this and he feels good about the long run. … I like trying to educate the American people about the dimensions and scope of this economic crisis. … I just would like him to end by saying that he is hopeful and completely convinced we’re gonna come through this.”

Now, if you know Bill Clinton and what kind of self-centered, Republicanesque maggot he really is, then seeing through his facade is not real difficult.

“Sound more hopeful":
Obama is not like you, Bill. Lying is not his default reaction. He’ll sound “more positive” when there’s something to sound positive about.

“Likes the fact":
Clinton says “that he likes the fact that (President Obama) didn’t come in and give us a bunch of happy talk".
Then, Billary suggests Obama do exactly that. Give us “happy talk” about the economy. FAIL!

As we see HERE, Obama has been optimistic, without abandoning reality, since November.

Now, in light of the facts and knowing just what a scumbag Bill Clinton really is, this attempt to appear concerned about the economy looks a little different in the mirror.
This is not Bill Clinton trying to help.

This is Bill Clinton try to degrade Barack Obama and make him look as though he’s faltering. As though he’s unsure of himself and the state of the nation. This is Bill Clinton trying to soften Obama up for Hillary to oppose in 2012.

Our good friend Robert has alerted us to the fact that some really fine State Representatives out of Memphis have filed HB0368 in the Tennessee House of Representatives. The Tennessee Medical Marijuana Act of 2009.

Gotta love it when real Democrats stand up and take the initiative to do what’s best for the people of the state. Advocating for Medi-Pot is an activity that is done out of wisdom and foresight. A practical, non-partisan endeavor that is undertaken by smoker and non-smoker alike. To advocate for Medical Marijuana is to advocate for the infirm and the suffering. It is to advocate for wellness and relief.

So it is with great pride that we thank Senator Beverly Marrero, D-Memphis and Rep. Jeanne Richardson, D-Memphis for their courage and resolve. This is quality leadership and it is badly lacking in the great state of Tennessee.

The Science of the Shills
In light of the recent row over the marijuana use of Olympian, Mike Phelps, the news is now awash with bought and paid for pseudo-science and other such propaganda.
A handy example of the age old lie that “Marijuana causes Cancer” is seen in this disgraceful display from some place called The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle Washington, which makes the erroneous claim that marijuana is linked to Testicular Cancer.

Now, wait just a minute…

Testicular Cancer is one of the most uncommon forms of the disease there is. A male’s risk of contracting this ailment over his lifetime is about four tenths of a percent.
Only about 1 in 100,000 actually contracts a malignant form.

Now, since the authors of this “research” admit themselves that the research is not definitive, why did they do it in the first place? Why did this report come out now? Which liar commissioned this study?

Established risk factors for testicular cancer include a family history of the disease, undescended testes and abnormal testicular development. The disease is thought to begin in the womb, when some fetal germ cells (those that eventually make sperm in adulthood) fail to develop properly and become vulnerable to malignancy. Later, during adolescence and adulthood, it is thought that exposure to male sex hormones coaxes these cells to become cancerous.

Now let’s see, it begins in the womb? Doesn’t that make the FUCKING SHIT HEREDITARY?!!!!!
That many factors and all of a sudden Marijuana causes it?

This “study” (in blatant ONDCP propaganda) hinges on one tiny factor. The unproven belief that Marijuana affects the male hormones and the relation between those hormones and TC.
“Science” could not get any more weak if it stated the moon was the sun at night.

Anyway, all this does is attempt to distract from the real debate. Does Marijuana’s benefits outweigh any perceived risks?

The largest study of its kind has unexpectedly concluded that smoking marijuana, even regularly and heavily, does not lead to lung cancer.

The new findings “were against our expectations,” said Donald Tashkin of the University of California at Los Angeles, a pulmonologist who has studied marijuana for 30 years.
“We hypothesized that there would be a positive association between marijuana use and lung cancer, and that the association would be more positive with heavier use,” he said. “What we found instead was no association at all, and even a suggestion of some protective effect.”

Federal health and drug enforcement officials have widely used Tashkin’s previous work on marijuana to make the case that the drug is dangerous. Tashkin said that while he still believes marijuana is potentially harmful, its cancer-causing effects appear to be of less concern than previously thought.

The lifetime trials of individuals, such as myself, who have smoked pot regularly for over thirty years speak much louder than solicited anti-Marijuana propaganda-as-science ever will.
Also…They conveniently forgot to mention that Testicular Cancer has one of the highest cure rates of all Cancers. Over 90 percent. 100 percent if it has not metastasized. Even for the relatively few cases in which malignant cancer has spread widely chemotherapy has a success rate of 85 percent.

Fortunately, though lagging far behind the rest of the country in caring for the infirm, Tennessee has a chance to move out of the dark ages and into the light.
We ask all concerned to call their State Reps and encourage them to support this all important measure.

Drug violence on the Mexican border is out of control. Innocent people are dying daily in cartel controlled areas.
The debate is weather or not legalizing and controlling drugs in America will stop the violence.
That makes lots of sense. Cartels don’t kill over drugs, they kill over the money the drugs are worth.

City Council Upholds Mayor’s Veto After Hint of Losing Funds

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: January 14, 2009

El Paso, TX – On Tuesday the El Paso City Council voted, 4-4, to sustain the mayor’s veto of a resolution calling for a national debate on drug legalization as a solution to the cartel violence problem plaguing sister city Cuidad Juarez, just across the Mexico border.

Three of the four council members voting to uphold the mayor’s silencing of the discussion said on the record during council deliberations that they did so only because Congressman Silvestre Reyes (D-TX) and the city’s state legislative delegation sent letters raising the possibility that El Paso would lose federal and state money should it continue insisting that legalization is a debatable solution to illegal drug trade violence.

Councilman Beto O’Rourke, who championed the legalization debate resolution, said it is “a sad day in America when you’re threatened if you want to have an open and honest debate about an issue that affects your community.”

Rep. Reyes, who sent his deputy chief of staff to testify at Tuesday’s council meeting, also canceled a scheduled breakfast with O’Rourke on Monday, instead meeting with Mexican President Felipe Calderon, who successfully requested $1.4 billion in U.S. anti-drug aid in 2008, and who also met with President-elect Barack Obama on Monday.
“This level intervention in quashing a spirited debate about a serious policy conundrum is chilling,” said Terry Nelson, a 30-year veteran federal anti-drug agent and a member of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition, a 10,000-member organization representing police, prosecutors, judges and others who fought on the front lines of the “war on drugs” and now support legalization and regulation. “With so many killings and kidnappings by the illegal drug cartels, we just can’t afford to keep avoiding an important discussion about the failures of our decades-long ‘war on drugs.’ We’re looking forward to seeing U.S. Sen. Jim Webb’s recently announced blue ribbon commission on high incarceration rates taking a good, hard look at why so many nonviolent drug offenders fill our prisons.”

Rep. Reyes and state legislators haven’t yet detailed the specifics of any funding threats against El Paso they’ve been warned about or from where they came. The states legislators’ and congressman’s letter are online HERE (PDF) and HERE (PDF) respectively.

Six votes were needed to override the mayor’s veto of the resolution calling for the national debate to continue.

With Respect to the author, we would like to take this a little further.

What we need to know is exactly who made these “threats” and why. In the letter from Rep. Reyes (PDF above) he attempted to use the Stimulus Package and it’s benefits to El Paso as a reason to stop discussion of the legalization issue.
Which, of course, makes no sense at all. There’s nothing in the Stimulus Package that threatens to withhold civic funding if drug legalization is discussed.
So there is obviously some underlying reason or reasons of which we are not aware.
We certainly don’t claim to know why Reyes wants the debate stifled, but it should be looked into.

Personally, I don’t think funding is threatened at all.

Two points:
1) Reyes may just be another anti-Marijuana idiot as is reflected in his votes against the Hinchey Amendments that would prevent the federal Gov’t from funding harassment against Co-Ops, in States where medical Marijuana is legal, by the DEA.
Reyes voted against ALL progressive Drug issues his entire career…

2) Sylvester Reyes has family in Mexico. One of his relations was previously kidnapped in Juarez.
Could he fear retaliation against his family in Mexico if he doesn’t stop efforts to take the profit out of the drug trade?
Is he in that deep? Threatened? Deeper than that?

There’s no telling at this point, but those in El Paso that promote legalization should not allow Reyes, members of the local gov’t or anyone else to silence the debate. It’s far too important and it’s not going away that easily.

Whatever Reyes’ motivation, it’s ethically unsound and behind the times to resist the changes that so obviously need to be made in the way drugs are viewed in this country and how the existing laws are enforced.
We urge Councilman Beto O’Rourke and his fellow progressives to reject the El Paso Ultimatum, Rep. Reyes, and any other voice of discord that stands against them. Their right as American leaders to seek solutions that benefit their people is being infringed upon by the fearful and the hopelessly unwise.

Our letter to Rep. Reyes just went out so it’s too early to expect an answer at this time. It may be too naive of us to expect any answer at all.

We do know this much. If the profit isn’t taken out of the drug trade, people will continue to die as a result.
We need legal, controlled drugs and our military on the Mexican border before it’s too late. For many it already is.

As you know, last night we asked for your support in boycotting Kelloggs Foods because of their morally void persecution of Olympic Champion, Michael Phelps, over his Marijuana use.

Michael Phelps’ public apology for getting photographed smoking marijuana wasn’t enough for the food company, Kellogg’s, which announced yesterday that it would not renew its contract with the swimming champion when it expires at the end of the month.

I for one am sick and tired of the public spectacle that transpires every time any public figure gets photographed, arrested or otherwise outed and punished for smoking marijuana. It’s not just that Michael Phelps did what millions of other twenty-somethings do; it’s that he did what over one hundred million Americans have done at least once in their lives, including the president, former presidents, members of the U.S. Congress and Supreme Court, and a significant proportion of the country’s most distinguished businessmen, scholars, artists, entertainers and leaders.

This contemporary flogging reeks of hypocrisy – of alcohol drinkers and tobacco smokers condemning those who consume a far less dangerous product; of company officials who no doubt smoked marijuana themselves castigating a remarkable athlete for getting caught doing what nobody cares if they did as well; and of sanctimonious handwringers seizing on a public figure’s embarrassment to drive home an anachronistic abstinence-only message when it comes to America’s favorite illicit psychoactive substance.

Tens of millions of Americans think that the public condemnation of Phelps is a farce. My guess is that a substantial number of them may choose to boycott Kellogg’s products in response to its repudiation of Michael Phelps. Will it hurt Kellogg’s bottom line if hundreds of thousands of Americans no longer grab a Kellogg’s product when they get the munchies? And will it hurt even more if millions of Americans who no longer smoke marijuana, or never did, choose not to buy Kellogg’s products because this decision smacks of intolerance and reflects poorly on the Kellogg’s brand?

I think it’s time to see. My organization, the Drug Policy Alliance, is working – starting now – to send Kellogg’s this message, and we’re joining with others as well. More than seventy percent of Americans say that marijuana should be decriminalized and that no one should go to jail. We agree. In fact, the residents of Kellogg’s home state of Michigan recently passed, by an overwhelming margin, a ballot initiative legalizing marijuana for medical purposes. We also think that arresting almost 800,000 Americans each year for possessing a little marijuana is both a stupid waste and diversion of police resources as well as a cruel intrusion into the lives of ordinary Americans. And we’re sick and tired of the public outings, and forced apologies and recantations, which perpetuate this shameless hypocrisy.

So let’s send Kellogg’s a message! Criminal laws and corporate drug testing successfully deter millions of Americans from openly identifying as responsible citizens who happen to smoke marijuana. But a “Call Kellogg’s Campaign” that lets the corporation know that their dumping Phelps is good reason for us to dump Kellogg might just make the point that more and more Americans are sick and tired of this particular spectacle.

But today I learned that Depublican Congressclown, Jim Cooper of TN, was being (or had been) considered for the Health and Human Services seat Tom Daschle backed down from.

I know the ears can be rough, but do try and pull your head out of you ass for just a moment and listen to the Skipper….

Rep. Jim “Poopers” Cooper D/R TN, is to health care what a Vulture is to vegetarianism. Which Clintonista asshat in your cabinet dragged that name in? Whoever it is they’re trying to sabotage your Presidency. No secret as to why I suspect.
Jim Cooper is a joke. A bad one, and he isn’t fit to run anything that even remotely has to do with Health Care. I wouldn’t put that bastard, who voted against you on the stimulus by the way, in charge of a box of band-aids.

Having said that, understand that Universal, single-payer Health Care is the primary issue for your base and the most important national issue America is facing. You do know that, don’t you?
Good. Then you might just listen when we tell you that Dr. Howard Dean should have been offered that job in the beginning, and if you ask real nice, Saint Howard might just feel moved to save your narrow ass on this one.

Let’s read some of these facts carefully, Mr. President. There’s a few things you don’t seem to get.

Jim Lux, a former member of the Clinton White House team on health care reform, has some insight you really could benefit from. Us too….

I was part of the Clinton White House team on the health care reform issue in 1993/94, and no Democrat did more to destroy our chances in that fight than Jim Cooper. We had laid down a marker very early that we thought universal coverage was the most essential element to getting a good package, saying we were to happy to negotiate over the details but that universality was our bottom line.

Cooper, a leader of conservative Dems on the health care issue, instead of working with us, came out early and said universality was unimportant, and came out with a bill that did almost nothing in terms of covering the uninsured. He quickly became the leading spokesman on the Dem side for the insurance industry position, and undercut us at every possible opportunity, basically ending any hopes we had for a unified Democratic Party position. I was never so delighted to see a Democrat lose as when he went down in the 1994 GOP tide.

Cooper is and has always been one to sell the people short and give the change to the single most corrupt industry in the nation. Health Insurance. He is cozy with Pharmaceutical and other “Health Care” industry elements as you can see HERE.

It also seems that Cooper is in even deeper with the Right Wing than most of us know…

Koch Industries, (pronounced “coke"), is the largest privately-held company in the United States, with annual sales of $90 billion. (Cargill comes in second for privately-held companies with sales of $75 billion.) Koch’s owners, brothers Charles and David H. Koch, are leading contributors to the Koch Family Foundations, which supports a network of conservative organizations and think tanks, including Citizens for a Sound Economy, the libertarian Cato Institute, Reason Magazine, the Manhattan Institute, the Heartland Institute, and the Democratic Leadership Council.

Fact is, Cooper is borderline NeoCon and that will never be good for anything. Much less America’s health.
Not only should this kook be kept out of your cabinet, Mr. President, but he should be unceremoniously expelled from the Democratic Party.

A Right-Wing punk known as Richland County Sheriff, Leon Lott. And after reading Sheriff Lott’s bio, I have to have a genuine concern as to whether or not Mike Phelps may be facing a focused attack and political prosecution.
These things are to be expected from a Sheriff who’s history reads like a Taliban resume’.

The focus now is the uncalled for and inexcusable way that a zealot Sheriff from a Klan infested county in South Carolina has stepped in to threaten a national hero with still more persecution.
The Associated Press brings us news that this Sheriff Lett…Lott…whatever, has threatened to persecute Phelps because of his admission to having hit the bong as captured in the “infamous” photograph.

The fact that Phelps chose not to lie when discovered blazing obviously means nothing to this Sheriff. The world was satisfied, what makes this two-bit Marshall Dillon wannabe better than the rest of us? No telling when dealing with what appears to be a twisted mind.
Sheriff Goebbels appears to fit the profile of a genuinely dangerous person….

* Narcotics Agent, Lieutenant and Captain of Narcotics Division (Shows a possible bias against Marijuana due to lack of genuine, first hand knowledge of the effects.)

* An elected official. (Making him just another politician when it comes right down to it and subject to virtually no oversight whatsoever.)

* Recepiant of the 2004 “Strom Thurmond Award of Excellence in Law Enforcement". (What’s that tell ya?)

* Member of the Fundamentalist First Baptist Church of Colombia, SC. (Could indicate a potential for erratic behavior and thought.)

* Sheriff Goebbels, in 2008, acquired for his dept. an Armored personnel carrier equipped with a .50-caliber belt-fed machine gun.
(Possibly indicating that Sheriff Lott is a fucking whack job.)

I mean, good Lord. This man calls himself a Christian yet he’s more than comfortable with plans to wipe out countless people in his own jurisdiction? A belt fed machine gun? Who’s it for, Sheriff? Pot Heads? Negroes? Just uppity folk in general?

Looks like “Carolina’s Toughest Cop” ain’t so tough. Seriously, only a scared little punk would keep a killing machine like that around.

Some fucktard from a worthless British tabloid rag called “News of the World", or something like that, supposedly took a picture of someone who appeared to be Phelps doing some bong loads at a party in Columbia, S.C.
Now, the Right Wing Pigs and other various and assorted asspipes are treating the poor kid like he just killed someone.
So, under pressure, Mikie went public and offered the customary (we understand, Mike) role-model-gone-bad apology.
We just want to make a few points because this is the kind of thing that really pisses us off.

1) Mike, you’ve done nothing wrong. Absolutely nothing. We don’t much care how many kids know you smoked pot and care even less how many idiot politicians, talking heads, or authority figures don’t like it. You have a right to your private life and you should take the Ricky Williams/Todd Marinovich stand and tell Righty to get fucked. But we understand if you don’t.

2) The President of the United States smoked pot. So all the nay-sayers can blow goats.

3) I wonder how many of those attacking Phelps go to the club at night, get drunk and drive home.

4) You should be glad it wasn’t Heroin. But even that would be his business and not yours, dipshits.

5) The time has come to stop persecuting good people, in this case a national treasure, for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

Keep one thing in mind, Mike. You’re a Pot Head, and like most of us, better at what you do than those who aren’t.
Thanx for the grand way you’ve represented your country in success and humility. You are truly a champion we can take great pride in.
