Roll it Up!

Time to undergo some examinations of the local politician/nanny-staters in the NE Tennessee area. With elections coming up, we feel it’s important to make the local populace understand the consequences of having third-rate (or worse) people in positions of power.

Jon Lundberg, Tennessee General Assembly Representative from Sullivan County District 1.

Never mind the fact that Jon Lundberg is a user of illegal drugs himself (some things you just know when living in small towns), being a hypocrite of epic proportions means nothing to the likes of him.
Let’s just go with what we all know….

Lundberg, along with every other opportunistic slimeball politician in the area, has jumped on the “Synthetic Marijuana"/"Bath Salt” bandwagon. Having joined the media propagated witch hunt, Lundberg now sees an opportunity to bolster his re-election chances and perhaps add some flair to his dismally insignificant career.
Trouble is, like most Republicans, Lundberg really isn’t quite sure where he stands.
Oh sure, he’s conveniently opposed to synthetic drugs. But we find it remarkable that his proclaimed concern for the health and well-being of the people in his district is confined to the buzz-word issues and not the numerous actual problems we experience.

“You can only kill yourself with substances I approve of.”
Another Nanny-Stater

Lundberg recently had this to say on the subject….

“It’s an incredibly hot-button issue,” said state Rep. Jon Lundberg, R-Bristol. “We were probably ahead of the game when we voted to ban it three years ago.”

LOL, you were obviously far, far behind, Jon. And thus you shall remain. ;D

But while Jon Lundberg and his fellow nanny-staters like Tony Shitley in Kingsport and little Ronny Ramsey clamor to be the icons of anti-synthetics, the truth shows us just exactly where their hearts really belong…in their pockets.

Though they have claimed that Synthetics have been the direct causes of “deaths", they have yet to offer proof in the form of Coroners Reports to substantiate their claims. In fact, no one has died from Synthetic Marijuana. Maybe a few rabid abusers of “bath salt” have died, but we don’t blame the gun for the shooter. Drugs do not kill people, people kill themselves with drugs.
I guess the concept of personal responsibility is lost with the NE Tennessee Nanny-Staters.

Enter the Money:

Let’s see….It’s nothing new to anyone that lives in this area that prescribed pain killers are the worst health epidemic this area faces. But! Jon Lundberg gets most of his money from….You guessed it!! The Health/Pharmaceutical industry.

Examine “Table 3: Contributions” at this link

And while you’re at it, notice the “Wine and Spirits” on the payday chart, contributions to Jon Lundberg from the alcohol industry.

Alcohol causes nearly 4 percent of deaths worldwide, more than AIDS, tuberculosis or violence, the World Health Organization warned on Friday.

Rising incomes have triggered more drinking in heavily populated countries in Africa and Asia, including India and South Africa, and binge drinking is a problem in many developed countries, the United Nations agency said.

Yet alcohol control policies are weak and remain a low priority for most governments despite drinking’s heavy toll on society from road accidents, violence, disease, child neglect and job absenteeism, it said.

Approximately 2.5 million people die each year from alcohol related causes, the WHO said in its “Global Status Report on Alcohol and Health.”

“The harmful use of alcohol is especially fatal for younger age groups and alcohol is the world’s leading risk factor for death among males aged 15-59,” the report found.

Alcohol, Cigarettes, Pharmaceuticals…. Kill hundreds of thousands of people each year. Awfully quiet on that front, eh sailor? Nope, sorry Jon. Your fake concern and your obvious lack of recognition of the facts of this issue tear down your facade and make your true colors plainly visible. You bow to the money and you don’t give a flying fuck how many small businesses you ruin or how many peoples jobs you destroy or how many meals you take off the tables of hard working, business owning Americans right here in your own community. All because of the money.

The shame overwhelms you, Jon. Hopefully one day you’ll find the guts to feel it.

Add me to the list of THUG haters , but add Stacey Campfield too. Roaring, Flaming faggot haters. They actually represent what upper east Tennessee very well. Dipshits!!!! Fuck em. I hate em them and they hate me. I have written the newspaper more than once on this one. The fat pot bellied liver spotted ( I think he an Liberache had the same hairdresser) Ron Ramsey got his fatass, ammonia-based daughter married of in a celebration of cellulite studded apparel and a putrid stench. Anyhow, he used the Kingsport city busses to transport guest from the church (oxymoron) up to the house that inherited as part of his bargain to lie with with the daughter of the Bristol Butcher. Now we can't get the stench out of the busses. It was two years ago. Drunkest bunch of people I have ever seen inside the walls of a church.

So it's a nanny state if it tells you what you put into your body (smoking, drugs) or how you treat your body (seat belts, helmets), but not a nanny state if it tells you how to behave (prayer) or what you take out of your body (abortion). Got it. I'm OK with the nanny state if it keeps prices and taxes low by regulating activites that result in other people paying for the medical consequences of your idiot behaviors. Almost 0% of the bath salt morons in the ER have health insurance.

But this is all irrelevant because whether painkillers are abused has nothing to do with whether police in the Tri Cities should harrass local headshops. They should, and I bath myself in your tears.

LOL
No tears here. Our products are legal, if they become illegal, we'll stop selling them. Other than that, business as usual.

And you're obviously confused. It is most definitely a nanny state if it dictates on prayer and abortion. Seems your point was lost.

As far as "bath salt morons" are concerned, almost 0% of anyone who ends up in the ER are insured. And you'll need to submit proof of your conclusion. It would be more accurate to state that 99% of "bath salt" users never end up in the ER because less than one percent abuse the products that severely (we don't sell "bath salt" btw).

I've had several local police officers contact me personally to apologize for the unconstitutional nature of Chief Wade's harassment. You'll find that most cops believe in free enterprise and the need of citizens, even if they don't like them, to earn a living and aid their local economy in the form of revenue and local spending.

I spent 2000 at Lowe's yesterday. How much did you return to the community?

Best regards,

Oh, btw......
Pain killers "are abused" by individuals? By your logic concerning
"bath salts" that means the pills and the doctors who deal them are responsible, right? Perhaps you should think about this a little harder before you finalize an opinion.

I'm sure the Taliban in Afghanistan would agree with you.
