Allow me to explain….

Pulling this over to the old blog because Facebook just isn’t designed for heavy hitting.

Basically, the bi-partisan collection of insects that infest the Tennessee General Assembly passed HB3175 (Shitley/Beavers) and a few other similarly unconstitutional pieces of legislation designed to damage the “synthetic drug” industry.

Now comes time to pay the piper.

All such attempts, regardless of the state, have failed and yielded no convictions. The industry is complex, wealthy and strong. Thus far, we have prevailed. But this type of political skulduggery is not just a threat to one controversial industry, it’s a threat to all small businesses and those who patronize them.
Ok….say you don’t like “synthetic drugs", that’s up to you. Do you like being told what you can and cannot buy on the open market? Do your constitutional rights mean anything to you?
Clearly the TNGA is unaware of the fact that it requires a ratified constitutional amendment to pull a private product off the open market which is what the 18th and 21st Amendments teach us. But still, being an election cycle, they decided to pass legislation that has no prayer of surviving judicial scrutiny.

Low-life career politicians. I spit on every single one of them.

Which brings us to Tony Shipley R- Kingsport and his boy, Jon Lundberg R- Bristol.

Without regard to those who would be left with ruined businesses, jobless, hopeless… these two communist pieces of shit, joined by a small handful of the busy-body fake Christian psudeo-churches they pander to, embarked upon a witch hunt armed with lies and false accusations about stores selling illegal products. Bringing with them the Big-Gov’t presence of the DEA, ATF, FBI and even the INS.
Unfortunately for their credibility, they came to find out that their knowledge base was a full year or so behind the industry. All of the products were legal. The banned chemicals they were certain they would find had been abandoned by the industry months before these publicity seeking raids on legitimate businesses took place.

Shipley and Lundberg now look like fools. With Shipley sure to lose his TN House seat to Ben Mallicote in the upcoming Republican primary. Not only due to the recent harassment of local businesses, but also due to his protection of a Pill Mill that cost three people their lives. Shipley blamed the deceased for their own demise, which could be valid had he not blamed businesses for those who abused products like “bath salts". That’s the kind of double-talk and hypocrisy Tony Shipley has become famous for.

It’s like this, Tony Shitley… We’re coming for you. The businesses you sought to destroy have more money than you do and far more resolve. We will drown Ben Mallicote in campaign funds and we pledge to do everything possible to eliminate you from your position in our state gov’t. This we vow.
You attacked our livelihood, which means you attacked our families and their well-being. You tried to take the food out of the mouths of our children, you tried to take their educations away…. The roofs over their heads.
Now we say fuck your family, Tony Shitley. Fuck you, your wife (who will probably be back sweeping the floor at Zak’s Furniture soon) and your offspring. May all the worst in life come to you and yours and may it reside with you for the rest of your lives.

67 new Kingsport voters registered and counting, Tony. All have pledged to vote for Ben Mallicote in the Republican Primary August 2nd.

Time to undergo some examinations of the local politician/nanny-staters in the NE Tennessee area. With elections coming up, we feel it’s important to make the local populace understand the consequences of having third-rate (or worse) people in positions of power.

Jon Lundberg, Tennessee General Assembly Representative from Sullivan County District 1.

Never mind the fact that Jon Lundberg is a user of illegal drugs himself (some things you just know when living in small towns), being a hypocrite of epic proportions means nothing to the likes of him.
Let’s just go with what we all know….

Lundberg, along with every other opportunistic slimeball politician in the area, has jumped on the “Synthetic Marijuana"/"Bath Salt” bandwagon. Having joined the media propagated witch hunt, Lundberg now sees an opportunity to bolster his re-election chances and perhaps add some flair to his dismally insignificant career.
Trouble is, like most Republicans, Lundberg really isn’t quite sure where he stands.
Oh sure, he’s conveniently opposed to synthetic drugs. But we find it remarkable that his proclaimed concern for the health and well-being of the people in his district is confined to the buzz-word issues and not the numerous actual problems we experience.

“You can only kill yourself with substances I approve of.”

Lundberg recently had this to say on the subject….

“It’s an incredibly hot-button issue,” said state Rep. Jon Lundberg, R-Bristol. “We were probably ahead of the game when we voted to ban it three years ago.”

LOL, you were obviously far, far behind, Jon. And thus you shall remain.

But while Jon Lundberg and his fellow nanny-staters like Tony Shitley in Kingsport and little Ronny Ramsey clamor to be the icons of anti-synthetics, the truth shows us just exactly where their hearts really belong…in their pockets.

Though they have claimed that Synthetics have been the direct causes of “deaths", they have yet to offer proof in the form of Coroners Reports to substantiate their claims. In fact, no one has died from Synthetic Marijuana. Maybe a few rabid abusers of “bath salt” have died, but we don’t blame the gun for the shooter. Drugs do not kill people, people kill themselves with drugs.
I guess the concept of personal responsibility is lost with the NE Tennessee Nanny-Staters.

Let’s see….It’s nothing new to anyone that lives in this area that prescribed pain killers are the worst health epidemic this area faces. But! Jon Lundberg gets most of his money from….You guessed it!! The Health/Pharmaceutical industry.

And while you’re at it, notice the “Wine and Spirits” on the payday chart, contributions to Jon Lundberg from the alcohol industry.

Alcohol causes nearly 4 percent of deaths worldwide, more than AIDS, tuberculosis or violence, the World Health Organization warned on Friday.

Rising incomes have triggered more drinking in heavily populated countries in Africa and Asia, including India and South Africa, and binge drinking is a problem in many developed countries, the United Nations agency said.

Yet alcohol control policies are weak and remain a low priority for most governments despite drinking’s heavy toll on society from road accidents, violence, disease, child neglect and job absenteeism, it said.

Approximately 2.5 million people die each year from alcohol related causes, the WHO said in its “Global Status Report on Alcohol and Health.”

“The harmful use of alcohol is especially fatal for younger age groups and alcohol is the world’s leading risk factor for death among males aged 15-59,” the report found.

Alcohol, Cigarettes, Pharmaceuticals…. Kill hundreds of thousands of people each year. Awfully quiet on that front, eh sailor? Nope, sorry Jon. Your fake concern and your obvious lack of recognition of the facts of this issue tear down your facade and make your true colors plainly visible. You bow to the money and you don’t give a flying fuck how many small businesses you ruin or how many peoples jobs you destroy or how many meals you take off the tables of hard working, business owning Americans right here in your own community. All because of the money.

The shame overwhelms you, Jon. Hopefully one day you’ll find the guts to feel it.
